Sandals Realty International would like to thank and recognize Kristina Bezi for her amazing contributions and for her loyalty to our agents over the last few years. Although Kristina will continue to work with us on a limited basis, she will be focusing primarily on her Master’s degree and her two babies.

Sandbar Title

Sandbar Title has gotten off to an amazing start! We have been successfully negotiating approvals on short-sales within ten days of your executed contract! SBT is your home-grown and very own in-house title company. Thanks to all of you for your continued support, and keep those short-sales contracts coming!

We are launching a new technical event every Wednesday at either our Fort Myers or our Naples location. Phil Anderson from 2BrainMedia will address any and all technology questions, including featured websites, to help you turn technology into profits. Interested in the Miami MLS?

Here is the information for joining the Miami Realtor Association. They require a Secondary Membership as well as the MLS Dues. Please email Vanessa atadmin@SandalsRealty.com if you’re interested in becoming a secondary member and having access to the entire inventory including short sales and foreclosures in the Greater Miami Area! We will require a minimum of 15 agents to make it work. They bill twice per year.
Here are the rates:
March 1 – June 30, 2011
Agents $90.00 ($65.00 for MLS & $25.00 for dues)
July 1, 2011 – June 30, 2012
Agents $346.00 ($246.00 for MLS & $100.00 for dues)
Open House!

The second annual Florida Open House Weekend is set for March 26-27, 2011! The marketing of Open Houses will be done in a variety of media formats to get the message out that it is a great time to buy a home! We are suggesting you as an agent should have an open home scheduled that weekend, if you do not have a listing to open, please contact other agents in our office and ask about open house opportunities. Listing Appointments

Reminder, we have been receiving many calls from agents in other offices to show your listings. This is a great sign that things are moving fast. Please remember that we require all your listings to have your contact phone number. Also (in CAP LETTERS) specify the following in the agent remarks, “CALL THE APPOINTMENT PHONE NUMBER FOR FASTER SERVICE”.
